These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Mochi 1, an open-source video generation model powered by our 10B parameter AsymmDiT architecture. By accessing or using Mochi 1, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Mochi 1 is provided under the Apache 2.0 license for research and development purposes. The model generates 480p videos using advanced compression techniques with 8x8 spatial and 6x temporal compression. Users acknowledge that the current research preview may have limitations, including minor warping in extreme motion cases.
The model requires 4 H100 GPUs for inference and uses a single T5-XXL for prompt encoding. Users are responsible for ensuring their system meets these requirements and for any costs associated with computational resources.
While Mochi 1 is open-source, users must comply with the Apache 2.0 license terms. The AsymmDiT architecture and associated innovations remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Users must provide appropriate attribution when using or modifying the model.
The model is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Mochi 1. Users acknowledge that the model is optimized for photorealistic rather than animated content and accept its current technical limitations.
